Uneventful days in the construction industry are a rarity! This entertaining talk is based on my experience of running a small service company over some 30 years, and includes the highs, the lows, the tears and the joys. The good calls, the bad judgements and the cruel nature of the industry are all laid out with total honesty.

The talk concludes with some sage advice to other businesses on banana skins to avoid and opportunities to embrace.
